Turkish Airlines

Turkish Airlines is the flag air carrier of Turkey. The headquarter is located in Istanbul. The company was founded in 1933. Today, Turkish Airlines aircrafts fly to 292 destinations. Turkish Airlines has three subsidiaries: SunExpress, AnadoluJet, B&H Airlines. The airline has codeshare agreements, for example, with such colleagues: Air Malta, Air India, Azerbaijan Airlines, Iran Air.
The airline has a large fleet which consists of 300 aircraft. The most popular model is the Airbus A321-200 (66 planes). In total, the airline has 13 plane models at its disposal.

Some Turkish Airlines destinations: Salzburg, Vienna, Tuzla, Tirana, Algiers, Kabul, Varna, Zagreb, Sofia, Cairo, Luxor, Helsinki, Cologne, Bremen.

As mentioned above, Turkish Airlines has two types of flights: own flights and codeshare flights. Flights operated independently by Turkish Airlines arrive at terminal 1. Codeshare flights arrive at terminals 4 and 5.

The terminals remain the same, but it’s best to check this information before you travel. Sometimes terminals change.

Check-in
